Every pairing of official D&D 5e classes has its own feat, tailored to help that combination run as smoothly as possible and look really cool while doing it. Feats are alphabetized by class, and the prerequisite for each feat is having two levels in each of its corresponding classes, meaning that you can take them as early as 4th or 6th character level, depending on when feats/ability score increases become available to your class.

Since multiclass characters won't get the chance to get a normal capstone feature at level 20, the Multiclass Capstone document aims to fix that by building on the multiclass feats, giving you the chance to pick up some late-game power for your character with another feat which will kick in once you've reached 20 total character levels.

The simple appearance of these documents was chosen to minimize costs and keep them free for you to download.
